Comments:

My experience at Bayview Melaka is definitely one to forget. I had filled in the comment sheet available in the room and passed it to reception upon check out. It comes as no surprise to me that you have not received it and know nothing about it. After all, service was terrible - there wasn't even a greeting when I first arrived and checked in. I will definitely not be considering your hotel in the future.
