I was very happy that the breakfast area is much bigger. Service was excellent. Keep it up! All my friends said they will definitely recommend your hotel, and that includes me. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

There was a mix-up with our booking and so we were upgraded from a normal room (which was quite small, and windowless) to a junior
suite, at no extra cost. So high marks for service, but it's difficult to comment on the price/value and facilities. The junior suite had very good facilities.

The welcome greeting (receptionists) still have rooms to improve and they can be more friendly. Breakfast was quite good. overall, the whole hotel has nice environment and it's uniquely designed. guards for car park are nice too. we hope that you can improve your system so that the car owner does not has o ask the guard to open the private car park's entrance. maybe u can have special remote to control the car park's door, preferable control by the car owners. Lastly, we had a happy and memorable stay
